Below is a quick tip.

Check out sunset times. The best time for great sunset photo's is about 1/2 an hour before sunset and 15 minutes after. Daylight saving means that sunset at the height of summer can be around 8.30pm, which is probably when your reception has well and truly started. Sunset times for any time of year can be viewed at the following link.
